YILDIRIM HOLDING: Our Search for New Products Ended with ITOC360

As a company, we have group companies operating in many locations and different business types in different countries and in our country. When the monitoring tool we use to control these devices, especially for our business critical processes, started to be insufficient, we started looking for a new product. Our hardware supplier ITserv Technology made a presentation about the ITOC360 product and we got information. The reason why we mainly preferred ITOC360 is that it enabled us to perform effective monitoring without receiving the monitoring service as a managed service. Another important point is that with the software development process obtained from a local company, the developments for the needs are carried out quickly.

The fact that ITOC360 can be developed is an important advantage against its competitors. It is able to develop or integrate solutions with ITOC360 in different business processes such as the integration of IoT projects and monitoring service. The licensing process is not interface-based but node-based, which is an advantage.

We were using monitoring software before ITOC360. While we had the form to manually add any device to the monitoring software before, with ITOC360 we automated this process with (discover rule). With ITOC360, we have become able to monitor special metrics of many devices. The summarisation of the metrics of the devices with MIB (Management Information Base) files and the integration of the necessary fields by the ITOC360 software team has made our business processes practical. While our IT team is busy with innovation projects and other processes, the entire integration process is carried out by ITOC360 consultants in a turnkey model so that they do not lose time and effort in ITOC360 integration processes.
