SYSMEX: We Decided to Move Forward with ITOC360

As Sysmex, due to our growing technical infrastructure in Turkey, we were in search of new solutions to listen to our entire network and check the status of the equipment. At this point, we became aware of ITOC360 with the information of our hardware supplier ITserv Technology. We decided to proceed with ITOC360 due to the fact that the POC was very successful, it is a system that sends us every case by e-mail and at the same time we are informed directly over the phone 24/7 in critical situations.

One of the most important features is the emergence of really functional findings during POC and in active use. Another distinctive feature is that the product is very much owned and continuously developed from the sales team to the technical officer and support team. We had a SOC operation, but we were not using a product in the NOC area before ITOC360, and we met this need with ITOC360. ITOC360 has contributed significantly to both resource management and business continuity, as it gives us confidence to know that there is a technical staff in the back that constantly monitors the system for us and reaches our team at critical moments.
