Alertmanager is a powerful and flexible routing engine. ITOC360 works alongside it, not around it. Configure ITOC360 as a webhook receiver in your Alertmanager configuration. It takes a single entry in your receivers block and a route to point the right alerts toward it.

When an alert reaches ITOC360, the on-call engine activates. The live
schedule is checked. The responsible engineer receives a phone call. No
acknowledgment within the defined window? The next step in the escalation chain fires.
Managers are looped in automatically if needed.
Resolved alerts flow back through the same channel. Maintenance windows suppress noise during
planned work. Every notification and acknowledgment is recorded against the incident.
