Escalation & Audit Trail
When an alert reaches ITOC360, the on-call schedule is checked and the right
engineer is called. If there is no acknowledgment within the defined window,
the next person in the escalation chain is reached automatically. Managers are looped in
if the incident remains open past the threshold.
Resolved alerts flow back through the same path. Maintenance windows suppress noise during planned
deployments. Every step is recorded against the incident for a full audit trail.
