We've Been Woken Up in the Middle of the Night. For Nothing. Not once. Many times. And so has nearly everyone working in IT operations.
Years of Field Work, Then a Product
ITOC360 didn't start as a software company. It started as an IT operations firm, deploying infrastructure, running managed services, and staffing on-call rotations for organizations across Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe.
In 2019, we registered the ITOC brand and launched human-assisted on-call services. If the tooling didn't exist to do it right, we'd do it manually until it did. That service operation became our longest R&D cycle: years of real incidents, real escalations, and real post-mortems across dozens of client environments.
What We Built
ITOC360 is an incident orchestration platform that takes over the moment after an alert fires. It correlates alerts into meaningful incidents, routes them to the right engineer, escalates when escalation is actually warranted, and maintains accountability through the full resolution cycle.
Every design decision in the platform comes from the same place: we've seen what happens when this goes wrong, at scale, in production. We built the version that doesn't.
We became one of the early leaders in managed NOC automation globally, not because we read about the problem, but because we operated inside it. So we built it.
What We Believe
Detection without response is incomplete.
Monitoring tells you something is wrong. Orchestration makes sure the right person knows, and acts. We build the second half.
Both failure modes matter.
Human operations have blind spots. Autonomous systems have noise. A well-designed platform addresses both, not by choosing one model over the other, but by combining their strengths.
Complexity is our responsibility.
Rotation schedules, escalation trees, multi-team ownership, cross-system correlation: this is our domain. We don't pass it on to the engineer who just got woken up at midnight.
Accountability without blame.
When something breaks, the useful questions are: who knew, who acted, and what changes next time. We build systems that answer those questions.
The Founders
Ertan, Kerem and Yağız didn't meet at a startup. They met in the trenches of the IT services industry, working across large system integrators where the job was deploying other companies' products and keeping infrastructure running.
Mehmet Ertan Erdogan
Founder of ITserv Technology and ITOC360. He brought the co-founders together, built the operational foundation, and made the company exist before the product did. Thinks in engineering terms and focuses on understanding what's actually needed.
Kerem Çebi
Spent his career between technology and customers. With deep experience in cloud, managed services, and enterprise transformation, he helps ITOC360 translate complex customer needs into clear product direction.
Yağız Mert Bilgin
Built deep experience across nearly every area of IT operations. Leads the product team today and owns all technical development and infrastructure; the face customers most often encounter.
